NCJWA Vic is proud to present a cooking demonstration with chef Ehud Malka, as part of our BrainFood event series.
Jerusalem-born Ehud Malka worked originally as a pastry chef and baker in Israel. He came to Australia to continue his patisserie studies and opened his South Melbourne café in 2012.
He believes that food is fuel for the body and soul. So he puts a lot of emphasis on nutritional, balanced meals for the body, and seasons it with love to feed the soul. Known for his delicious Hummus and soft, pillowy pita pockets, chef Ehud will teach you how to cook Jerusalem Style.
